One day, at the professional meeting of public relations in Jakarta, titled "PR Week", 19-20 May 2010, one of the speaker declare a very inspiring statement. He said that "If you want to be a professional, you have to work at a professional company !"Damn ! It's so clear and really true ! No doubt about it ! It's so natural & logic ! Nothing more but make a sense !
So, it's not about take it or leave it ! It's also not about re-motivation. Both of employee and company have the same obligation. They do have to be professional as the business situation require it. If the company is not able to be a professional company, it can not compete to others.
Unfortunatley, many people ignore the fact. They said, if you don't like the company so just move on ! They also think that employee needs to be re-motivated so that they are able working harder. What's a miss understanding thing !
